 SEZ Developer has to get notified all the area proposed to be established as SEZ in the gazette of India Notification to start the implementation of the project.

Post In Principle, SEZ developer will get the formal approval to setup as SEZ developer and Ministry of Commerce & Industry will give the formal approval for authorized operations for construction of building and other activities as per the SEZ Act and Rules, 2006 made thereunder
